Sarah Cohen joined Gotham Realty in 2006 after more than 25 years on Wall Street. As a fixed income trader and syndicate manager at Drexel Burnham Lambert and later ABN Amro, she spent her career evaluating companies and investment opportunities — learning to tell what will actually work from what only sounds good - when to push, when to take a risk, and when to play it safe.
Over her years with Gotham Realty, Sarah has brought her Wall Street analytical background to commercial real estate — offering each client the sharp judgment and perceptive eye for value that she learned on Wall Street, along with the diplomacy, professionalism and grace instilled by her grandmother.
