Rachel Cohen joined Gotham Realty as the fourth generation of this multigenerational, female-led business.
Before returning to the family firm, she spent years at Igloo NYC — the commercial brokerage platform of The Domain Companies — where she worked as both a landlord and tenant representative, completing over 80 lease transactions totaling more than 500,000 square feet.
Her focus has always been on the street level, with a love for connecting the right businesses with the right spaces and helping owners bring their vision to life. It's the same commitment to neighborhood and community that has defined Gotham Realty for decades.
